Troubleshooting: LabCorp Label Printing

LabCorp Labels in drchrono

LabCorp does not print labels using a DYMO printer. Instead, use a standard office printer for your LabCorp labels.

Frequently, the source of LabCorp label printing issues are misalignment or misprinting. These are commonly caused by printing on paper that's unsupported by LabCorp. Please use LabCorp 8-label paper when printing LabCorp labels. The LabCorp 8-label paper is an 8.5x11" sheet of paper with allocated specimen labels that you may request from your LabCorp representative.

If LabCorp 8-label paper is not available, you may use Avery 5434 paper as a secondary, LabCorp approved option to print specimen labels. You may order Avery 5434 label sheets from any office supply store. Before using Avery 5434 paper, you’ll need to adjust your printer to accommodate the 4x6" paper size for this Avery label type.
