EPCS: Why do I have to re-register to use EPCS?

EPCS Re-registration

Your EPCS registration is valid for one calendar year. If you have received an error message that prompts you to re-register for EPCS, please complete the ID proofing process found in your account settings.

STEP 1: Open your account settings.

STEP 2: Navigate to the eRx Info tab.

STEP 3: Click on 'Register for EPCS'.

STEP 4: Complete the Norton ID proofing process.

Once you complete the ID proofing process, your validation will be valid for another calendar year. You must complete this once a year to maintain access to EPCS.
