Where do I create my Fee Schedule and Pick List?

Fee Schedule is synonymous with the Pick List! In order to pick codes from your pick list, you will need to first add the codes to your Fee Schedule by going to Billing > Fee Schedule

From here, click on Add New > choose the Code Type > enter in required information > click Create

Once you have added all your codes to the Fee Schedule, you will be able to choose from these codes by clicking on Pick List on the Desktop or iPad.

Desktop (2 options):

1) Click on Billing Pick List to see the list of codes you added to your Fee Schedule

2) If you are on the Desktop and in the patient's clinical note, go to Billing > Billing Pick List

iPad:

1) Once you are in the patient's chart on the iPad, click on Visit > Billing > from there click on Pick List

Note: If you are wondering about the Diagnosis Pick List, this will populate codes based on the previously entered diagnosis codes for the specific patient.

IF YOU ARE ON ONE OF THE PAID PLANS, DRCHRONO WILL DO A BULK IMPORT OF YOUR FEE SCHEDULE.

What do you do when you have your own fee schedule but your under contract with the payers and then end up having multiple fee schedules? It is very time consuming to have to adjust off contracted amounts every time you post payments. So my question is can we input multiple fee schedules?

Hi Dr. Moore,  on our free account you would need to write off these contractual obligations manually.  However; if you were to use our billing software we would write off contractual obligations posted from ERA directly to the patient account ledger.

So, in short, no you can not have multiple fees schedules.  However; our Apollo program helps you to solve this issue!

There needs to be more clarification with regards to fee schedules versus charge masters.

Dr Moore, accdg to CHIROHEALTH USA and the GOvt.  Multiple fee schedules is illegal.  Unfortunately.
