DrChrono offers you a way to export your patient demographics.
1. Go to Patients > Patient List.
2. In the top right corner of the page you will see a button that says Export (CSV) please click on it.
3. You will see a confirmation message on the top left.
4. Navigate to the message center by clicking on the envelope () icon.
5. The message will appear in your incoming messages. Click on it to view the report.
6. From here you can view/download the CSV file.
