When you are using DrChrono billing software, you will receive daily emails letting you know if there is an issue with a patients bill or have claims that have not been submitted to insurance. These are daily by default, however, the feature can be turned off by following the steps below.
1.) Please login to your DrChrono account.
2.) Hover your cursor over the Account tab in your menu bar, and select Account Settings from the drop down list.
3.) Select the Email tab.
4.) Uncheck the Daily Billing Problems Emails checkbox.
5.) Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on Update Entire Profile to save the changes.
That's it! You have now successfully stopped your daily billing problems emails.
