When you are using drchrono's billing you will receive daily emails letting you know that there is an issue with a patients bill. These are daily by default, but if you would like to change that you are able to by following the steps below.
1.) Please login to your drchrono account.
2.) Hover your cursor over the 'Account' tab in your menu bar, and select 'Settings' from the drop down list.
3.) Select the 'General Settings' tab.
4.) Scroll down until you see the 'Email Settings' section.
5.) Uncheck the 'Daily Billing Problems Emails'.
6.) Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on 'Update Entire Profile' to save the changes.
That's it! You have now successfully stopped your daily billing problems emails.
