Use clinical decision support to improve performance on high-priority health conditions.
Measure 1: Implement five CDS (clinical decision support) interventions related to four or more CQMs (clinical quality measures) at a relevant point in patient care for the entire EHR reporting period. If four CQMs related to an eligible professional's scope of practice or patient population are non-applicable, then the CDS interventions must be related to high-priority health conditions.
Measure 2: The eligible professional has enabled and implemented the functionality for drug-drug and drug-allergy interaction checks for the entire EHR reporting period.

- Providers must attest YES to implementing five clinical decision support interventions and enabling and implementing functionality for a drug-drug and drug-allergy interaction to meet this measure.
There are no exclusions for the first measure. For the second measure only, any eligible professional who writes fewer than 100 medication orders during the EHR reporting period.
