This tutorial will show you how to block any non-working hours on your schedule. Whether you want to schedule a recurring break, vacation or block off an entire day. By following these few easy steps, you will become a pro at blocking off any non-working hours on your drchrono schedule.
Step 1: Roll over the Schedule tab and select Calendar
Step 2: Click New Event located towards the top left corner
Step 3: The appointment window will pop up, and under the Appointment tab, choose the type as Break
Step 4: Enter the reason for the non-working hours, and choose the Date, Time and Duration
Step 5: If this will be recurring, then click Recurring Appointment and select the desired days, start date and end date. If you want there to be no end date, you can check the box call Never Ends
Step 6: Click the Save button
