Sending a mass email is one way of communicating emails to your entire patient base.
1. Hover over Patients and select Send Email
2. Select the box for Send to all Patients and customize your email and verify that it looks as it should in the preview pane ("<<Patient Name>>" will be replaced with the patient's name when sent).
If you share patients with other providers in your practice group, the email will be sent to everyone. If you do not share patients with other providers in your practice group, the email will only be sent to your assigned patients.
