Providers who are not in the same practice group will not be able to see each other's information even if they are seeing the same patient. This is only possible if they submit referrals to each other with the patient's information.
If the providers are in the same practice group, they can see each others' notes if they have the Shared Patients permission turned on. The privacy levels of each practice group determine this.
