The DrChrono EHR app makes it easy to create appointments through your iPhone for existing patients and new patients.
Create an appointment for an existing patient:
| 1. After logging in to the app, tap the ( |

2. Select New Appointment or New Video Visit. |

|
3. Search for the patient you need for the appointment. |
|
|
4. Once you have selected the patient, tap Date & Time to scroll through and find the desired appointment slot. You can also select a provider, appointment profile, and add other appointment information. Select Save when finished. The appointment will be added to your schedule. |

Create an appointment for a new patient:
If you need to add an appointment for a new patient, you will first need to add the patient to your EHR account.

2. Fill out the patient's information and select Save. Once saved, you can search for the patient and follow the steps in the existing patient section above to schedule an appointment. |
