You can quickly log in phone calls and attach them to the patients communication log in the iPhone EHR app.
1. Select the appointment.
2. Tap the patient menu icon () and select Log Phone Call.
3. Type in the information you want. You can also use your macros and speech-to-text to enter the call information. If you choose you can include any charges related to the phone call under Cash Charge (optional). When finished, select Save.
4. The information will now be saved under the patient's chart under the communication section in the Communication Log tab through the web version. If you want to view the logged phone call or any past logged phone calls on your mobile device, tap the patient menu icon () and select Communication History. You can view the individual communication or assign a task by selecting the ( ) icon.
Note: You can also log a call by searching for the patient and tapping the patient menu icon () and selecting Communication History.
