Please follow the below instructions to delete a Claim / Appointment from the drchrono:
1. Please hover over the “Billing” and choose “Live Claims Feed”.
2. Click on the Visit Date that you would like to delete from the drchrono system.
3. It will direct you to the “Billing Detail” screen. In this screen, you will need to click on “View Service” to view the “Schedule Appointment” screen.
4. In the “Schedule Appointment” screen, please click on “Delete” to delete the appointment from your account.
5. When you click on the “Delete” button, a pop up will appear to confirm in deleting the appointment. Click on “ok” to delete the appointment.
