How to enter the admission date in the appointment?

Rejected Emdeon: Claim was rejected for missing “Admission Date”.

Please follow the instructions outlined below to enter the “Admission Date” in the patient's appointment:

1. Please hover over the “Schedule” and choose “Calendar”.

2. In the “Schedule Appointment” screen, click on the “Billing Tab”.

3. Under the “Hospitalization Info”, you will find the “Admission Date”

4. Please enter the admission date and save the appointment.
