The deadline to register and attest for the Medicare Meaningful Use incentive program in any reporting year is the end of February of the following year.
Medicaid, however, is different, it is administered through the states, and each state has a slightly (or significantly) different approach to the program. Medicaid EPs should contact their states for information about how to attest.
When attesting for the Medicaid EHR Incentive Program, you’ll prove your Medicaid patient volume each year and complete the process through your state Medicaid program. We have copied the grid of state programs maintained by CMS, and converted into a spreadsheet file for ease-of-use, summarizing the launch dates, information and contact details for each state participating in the program.
