How to create a Custom Patient Payment Type

If you would like to create a custom patient payment type like coupon, flex spending card, etc, please follow the steps given below.

1. Go to AccountCustom Fields

2. Click on Patient Payment Types.

3. Click Add New Type.

4. Give it a Name and hit Save

Once created, you can select this as a payment type while posting patient payments.

1. Go into the Appointment > Billing Tab > Select the + to post a payment.

2. Select the Custom Payment Option.
