Reminders Are Getting Sent Out Too Early or Too Late (wrong timezone setting)

We sometimes receive customer questions concerning appointment reminders getting sent at 4am in the morning. No one wants to receive a call or a text that early!

This happens because the doctor hasn't set their timezone to the correct timezone. Our reminder system goes off of the timezone that has been selected in your account settings. 

How to change your timezone

1. Go to Doctor Settings

2. You should default to "Profile" tab

3. Select the Timezone your office is located in
