All kick off calls and trainings scheduled with your implementation specialist will be conducted through Zoom. Please follow the steps below to join a meeting.
-Please refer to the zoom link your implementation specialist sent to you via email and/or through a calendar invite.
-You can directly click on the link, copy and paste the url, or go to zoom.us/join and enter in the meeting ID. Please note if your computer does not have sound or a microphone you will also need to join in by phone by calling the number provided and entering in the meeting ID number. The following screen will appear:
If you have never joined a Zoom meeting you will have to download the application. Once downloaded you can launch Zoom.
-When the zoom meeting pops up ensure you select Join by Computer and click on the green Join Audio by Computer.
If you need to join by phone for audio, you can find the information to call in through the invite or by selecting Join by Phone and calling the number provided and entering in the meeting ID.
