DrChrono's fax system is configured to send faxes associated with a patient.
Through the patient chart you can fax:
- Uploaded Documents
- Lab Results
- Demographics
- Locked Clinical Notes
- Signed Consent Forms
- Amendments
You can also send a referral for a patient. Click here for information on sending referrals through your DrChrono account.
At this time, we do not support composing and sending messages through our fax line. Faxes have to be sent through the patient chart or referral. You can, however, compose a message, upload or scan it into DrChrono as a PDF document and then send that as a fax.
