For those payers who cannot accept secondary claims electronically, eProvider Solutions (ePS) can print the claim and submit it to the payer on paper for processing.
There is nothing that you need to do to make this happen. When a claim status is changed to "Bill Secondary Insurance", the system will automatically check to see if it is a claim that can be submitted electronically as a secondary, or if it needs to be printed and mailed.
