In order to include notes to the patient statements, please follow the steps outlined below:
1. Hover the cursor on "Billing" tab and click "Patient Statements".
2. Click on the pencil icon corresponding to "Include note in statement".
3. Type in the additional notes that need to be included to the statement and click save.
Once the changes are saved, the notes will show in the statements.
Note : The notes added is for one-time use. Once you close the patient statement tab, the notes added will mo longer exist.
This feature is implemented to avoid incorrect notes going out on a statement without our knowledge.
