Viewing Past Appointments in onpatient

If your patients are using onpatient, they have the option to view their past appointments by using the Appointments function of the onpatient portal.

To begin, your patient can reach his/her appointments by selecting the 'Appointments' tab on their onpatient navigation bar.

 

In the appointments page, select a past appointment to view it.

 

When viewing an appointment, you will be able to view the details that the provider provided during the appointment. This includes a reason for visit, the diagnosis, and the treatment that occurred during the appointment.
