The Appointment COPAY Indicator
On some of your appointments, there will be a green COPAY indicator next to the scheduled time. This indicates if your patient has paid a copay. If you type in a patient payment under 'Billing' in your appointment scheduler, your appointment will be tagged with the COPAY indicator.
If your default payment profile is 'Cash', your appointments will not have the COPAY indicator. You may change your payment profile in Account Settings > Billing > Miscellaneous.
