In the EHR app, all your patient's past documentation is accessible with patient history. Within patient history, you can access:
- Past clinical notes
- Patient documents
- Lab results
- Photos
- Imaging
- Videos
To access patient history, navigate to a patient's profile in the EHR section of the app by tapping on the patient's name and selecting Patient History.
When you select Patient History, you'll be presented with a list of all the patient's documents, clinical notes, lab results, imaging, photos, and videos. By tapping on the Filter button, you can select which kind of documents to be shown. You may also switch between icon view and list view.
You can also access Patient History by searching for the patient by tapping on the (
).
Select the History tab to view.
