Disabling Your Appointment COPAY Indicator
The COPAY indicator indicates if your patient has paid a copay. If your practice is cash based, you may disable the COPAY indicator in your account settings.
Changing Your Account Settings
To reach your account settings, mouse over 'Account' on your drchrono navigation bar and select 'Account Settings'.
Within your account settings, select the 'Billing' tab.
Scroll down to the 'Miscellaneous' section and change your 'Default Patient Payment Profile' to Cash and select 'Update Entire Profile'. Your COPAY indicator will be removed from your appointments.
