How to fix the claims rejected for "SERVICE UNIT COUNT OR ANESTHESIA MINUTE'S" ?

When claims are getting rejected for "Service Unit Count (OR) Anesthesia Minute's", please follow the steps outlined below to fix the issue:

 

1. Hover over Billing > Live claims feed screen.

2. Search for the patient and click on "DOS".

3. System will get you to the Billing Detail Screen.

4. Enter the Units (Qty/Min) as 1:00 (or as required).

5. Click on Verify and Save.
