Changing and Disabling Your PIN on the EHR/EMR App
In the EHR/EMR app, you can change your PIN from the default pin or remove your PIN entirely to log in by your password. Depending on your organization's security requirements, a pin may not provide sufficient security.
To disable your PIN, tap on 'Account' in your navigation bar and select 'Disable 4-digit PIN Protection'. Tap disable and your account will require a username and password login.
To change your PIN, tap on 'Account' in your navigation bar and select 'Change PIN'. You'll be prompted to enter and re-enter a new PIN.
If you forgot your pin, you may log in with your username and password on the EHR/EMR app or reset your password within account settings in your web EHR.
