How to fix a claim with the Missing information "Phone number of billing office is required".

1. Open the appointment which has the Missing information to be fixed from live claim feed screen.

2. Find out the office where the appointment is scheduled.

3. Navigate to “Account” > “Offices”.

4. Click on “Edit” button  corresponding to the office.

5. Enter the office phone number in the “Office Phone” field.

6. Click on the “Save” button and then resubmit the claim.
