RCM Tasks: How do I communicate/send messages to my biller?

Communicating with Your Biller

With the RCM Tasks page, you cannot directly communicate to your biller unless a task was issued. If you wish to contact your biller about any non-task issue, you may call your biller through the RCM phone number that was provided to you as an Apollo Plus customer.

When your biller assigns you a task, your tasks will appear in one of the three tasks pane:

  • Write-off Requests: Allows billers to request write-off approval from you.
  • Chart Related: Quick access to charts with chart problems such as those related to diagnoses, CPT codes, modifiers, documentation, and any additional information required.
  • Patient Info Related: Lists all requests related to patient information related topics:  Eligibility, pre-coverage, post-coverage, coordination of benefits, non-covered charges, returned patient statements, etc.

By clicking on the task, you will expand the task to a chat box. Type a response here in this chat box and attach any files that your biller may have asked you for. 


To send your message, select the send button to the bottom right hand corner of the task section.


Your biller will be able to respond to the message
