Representatives on the onpatient Patient Portal

A representative on onpatient is an individual who may access the patient portal of another patient. This is used for patients who may have difficulty accessing or managing their own patient portal. With representatives, you may schedule, send payments, manage appointments, and send messages for young, elderly, or disabled patients.

To add or manage your representatives, begin by logging into your patient portal and clicking on your name. This will bring up your onpatient profile.

 

Within your patient profile, select 'Settings'.

 

Within your onpatient settings, select 'Representatives' to bring up your representative management page.

 

At your representative management page, select between 'Whom I represent' or 'Who represents me'. To add a representative that represents you, select 'Who represents me'. The representative must have an existing onpatient account. If their account exists, you may search for the representative by typing their email address in the search box.
