The labels for social security numbers, social insurance numbers, and national identification numbers differ in the patient chart depending on which country the patient lives in. These identification numbers are found in the patient chart on the Demographics page.
- Open a patient chart.
- On the left pane, select Demographics.
- Select the Demographics tab.
