How can I add and view family history on the iPad?

You can add family history to a patient's chart on the iPad. 

1. Tap on the patient's name for the drop-down menu to appear.

2. Select Family History.

3. Select Add Family Member. 

4. Enter the information and tap Add.

5. Once complete, you can view the information in the Family History tab.
