Accessing the Patient Chart by Clicking on the Patient's Name

You can easily access a patient's full chart history from different sections in DrChrono by clicking on the patient's name.

1. From the clinical note, click the patient's name. 

2. From the Live Claims Feed 

3. From the Audit Log Report 

4.  From the iPad EHR app.
