You can reduce the size of the header and footer of your clinical notes through the settings in your DrChrono account. This can be helpful if your header or footer will not fully render in your note.
Note: In cases where the provider name is long and it does not appear on the page, reducing the header and footer will help resolve this issue.
1. Go to Account > Provider Settings.
2. Click on the General tab and scroll down to the Clinical Notes section. Check the Reduce Header and Footer Font Size box. Scroll down and select Update Entire Profile.
