The provider's office sends an invitation to the email address provided to them by the patient. The invitation will expire 7 days after being sent.
1. Click on the Sign Up Now button to begin.
2. Enter the following information:
- First name
- Last name
- Email (must be the same email address used for the invitation)
- Create a password
When finished, select Sign Up.
3. Next, validate the account with:
Social security number if given to the office.
Date of birth AND phone number.
Select Confirm and Connect.
4. Once you have connected, the patient will be taken to the appointments page.
