You can set your timezone in your account by selecting the Profile tab under Account > Account Settings.
Select the appropriate timezone from the options.
Scroll down and select Update Entire Profile.
If you do have different providers and time zones, you can assign each provider a timezone and designate an office for them. For example, below there are 2 offices: 1 Eastern and 1 Mountain.
Each office's main provider corresponds with their timezone.
