As of March 1, 2022, DrChrono will be using Oracle NetSuite to save client payment information and process client payments.
If you are set up on Autopay and do not need to make any changes, you do not need to take any action. If you need to change the credit card on file or want to change to a wire transfer, please follow the directions below.
To update or change credit card information:
If you need to update your credit card, please reach out to our finance team at billing@drchrono.com. They will send you a link that will allow you to update your payment information.
- When you receive and click on the link, you will first see this screen:

- If you click on the Manage Account tab, and then the blue Edit, it will allow you to change and/or update your information.
To make a payment by credit card or wire transfer:
If you need to pay by credit card or wire transfer, please reach out to our finance team at billing@drchrono.com. They will send you a link that will allow you to add your payment information.
- When you receive and click on the link, you will first see this screen:

- Please make sure to click the "Save payment information for future use". This will eliminate the need to enter your credit card information each month. If you would like to pay by wire transfer, you will need to request a new link from our finance team each month.

- From here, you can select "Pay with Card" to enter your credit card information and then click on the blue "Pay" button.

- You can also select "Pay with Bank Transfer". It will bring up a screen where you can select your bank, and then you will be able to enter your banking login credentials and complete the wire transfer.
