Family History can be viewed and added under the Family History tab. This corresponds directly to the Family History section in the patient's chart on the web.
1. To reach the Family History tap on the patient menu (
) in the patient appointment window or by searching for the patient. Tap Family History.
2. Select Add Family Member.
3. Enter the information and tap Save.
4. To add an observation, select the menu (
) and select Add Observation.
5. Select Tap to Search and search for the and select the observation. Enter and age (optional) and tap Add.
6. You can tap the menu button() to edit the entry or add more observations. Tap the (
) to add another family member.
