You can invite a patient to connect with you through OnPatient from the iPad. The requirements for inviting a patient on the iPad app are the same as the web. You will need the patient's email and:
- The patients's Social Security Number
--OR--
- The patient's date of birth and phone number
Tap on the patient's name and select Patient Information.
On this screen, if needed, you can verify, edit, or add the information required to invite a patient to OnPatient.
Once the information is entered or verified, tap the switch ( 
) to invite the patient. It will turn green (
).
You can also invite from the patient's chart. Select Patient Information and toggle the switch to on.
After connecting, the switch will be green and the text will read OnPatient: On.
