You can easily view, save, or print your clinical summary through your OnPatient portal.
Viewing your clinical summary directly on the website
- Log in to your OnPatient account.
- Select Health Profile.
3. On the left-hand side of the page select Complete Profile.
4. The full clinical summary will now appear for you to view.
5. Once the Health Summary is visible, you will see the option to Download PDF or Download C-CDA. You can also email your health summary.
