Recording a Manual Lab Order

Before you can submit Lab Orders you need to be integrated with either LabCorp or Quest. Set up labs for your account here!

1. Go to Patient > Patient List



2. Select or Search for the desired patient



3. In the patient chart click the Lab Orders button on the menu on the left



4. Fill out the desired information for your lab



5. Hit "Submit Order"



6. Your lab order will appear at the top of the page. You can edit or delete your existing lab orders from this list. (Note this is only for manually entered lab orders. This does not apply to Quest or Labcorp orders)
