Accessing Patient Documents when Charting on the Web

To quickly access a patient's documents while viewing their clinical note, use the Quick History feature. This allows seamless navigation to the Documents section without disrupting your workflow.

Steps:

1. While viewing the patient's Clinical Note, locate the Quick History button at the top right corner of the screen.
2. Click the Quick History button.
3. A new browser tab will open, redirecting you to the Documents section of the patient’s chart.

This feature provides fast access to historical documents for reference during note-taking or clinical review.
