Allowing Your Patients Access to Their Clinical Summary Through OnPatient

There are two ways your patients can easily view, save, or print their clinical summary through your OnPatient portal.

Viewing your clinical summary directly on the website

1. Log in to the OnPatient account.
2. Select Health Profile.
   
   
   
   

3. On the left-hand side of the page select Complete Profile.

4. The full clinical summary will now appear for you to view.

Downloading your clinical summary as a PDF file

1. Follow the steps listed above.
2. Once the Health Summary is visible you will see the option to Download PDF.
   
   
   
   
3. Next, the patient will select Download PDF on the right-hand side. The clinical summary will download as a PDF file and the patient can now save or print the document.
