When using the EHR app, you can very easily attach your patient's picture to their chart using your device's camera.
1. To begin, select the appointment or use the search tool to find a patient with a chart picture you would like to add or change. Tap on the camera icon or the patient's picture to take a photo.
Using the camera, take a picture of your patient. You'll have the option to use or retake the picture.
After you have taken a picture that you are satisfied with, you'll see your patient's chart with your updated picture.
