DrChrono has made significant improvements to the Denial Analysis report. It will allow you to dig down into the denials your practice has received from payers to identify trends and eliminate their root causes.
Let's look at an overview:
First, the tabs on the top left of the screen.
- Summary - This tab will allow you to set the controls/parameters for your report. You can set what information you want to pull and how the information is displayed.
- Details - This tab will show you details for the denials that match your set parameters.
- Graph - This tab will show you the denials that match set parameters in graph form.
