On the EHR/EMR app for the iPad, Practice Chat can be accessed within the More tab.
To begin, tap on More in your navigation bar.
Next, select Practice Chat.
After tapping Practice Chat, select the group, provider, or staff member to message.
Type in your message and then select Send to deliver your message.
The recipient can respond on the web, on an iPad, or iPhone with the app.
Practice Chat messages can not be deleted once they are posted. Older messages will disappear as newer ones are posted over time. We return the 25 most recent messages that were sent within the last 14 days.
