Adding Implantable Device Information to a Patient's Chart

You can add an implantable device to a patient's chart under the Implantable Devices section. Click Add Implantable Device.

Enter the device's UDI (UDIs need to be entered in GS1 format) and click Check UDI. The device's information will populate. Make any adjustments and click Save.

Once the device is added, you can click the pencil icon () to edit the device information. Click the trash can icon () to delete the device.
