In the EHR app on the iPhone, all your patient's past documentation is accessible with patient history. Within patient history, you can access:
- Past clinical notes
- Patient documents
- Lab results
- Photos
- Imaging
- Videos
Patient History can be accessed through the patient menu (
When you select Patient History, you'll be presented with a list of all the patient's documents, clinical notes, lab results, imaging, photos, and videos. By tapping on the Filter button, you can select which kind of documents to be shown.
Tap on the document to view it.
