In the EHR/EMR app, you can change your PIN from the default pin or remove your PIN entirely to log in by your password. Depending on your organization's security requirements, a pin may not provide sufficient security. You can find the security settings under the Account tab.
To disable your PIN, select Disable 4-digit PIN Protection. Tap disable and your account will require a username and password login.
To change your PIN, select Change PIN. You'll be prompted to enter and re-enter a new PIN.
You can also adjust the frequency at which you require PIN code entry.
If you forgot your PIN, you may log in with your username and password on the EHR/EMR app or reset your password within account settings in your web EHR.
