Claim files are sent from DrChrono 7 days a week, 365 days per year, regardless of weekends and/or holidays. The time they are sent depends on the clearinghouse they are submitted to.
Currently (as of July 2026) claims are submitted as follows:
eProvider Solutions (ePS) - 5am and 5pm EST daily.
- There is a current beta program running involving real-time claim submission to ePS. Please reach out to support if you are interesting in joining beta testing.
Carisk Partners (fka iHCFA) - 7am and 7pm EST daily
