Claim files are sent from DrChrono 7 days a week, 365 days per year, regardless of weekends and/or holidays. The time they are sent depends on the clearinghouse they are submitting to.
Currently (as of November 2022) claims are submitted as follows:
eProvider Solutions (ePS) - 5am and 5pm EST daily
Carisk Partners (fka iHCFA) - 7pm EST daily
Change Healthcare (fka Emdeon) - 8pm EST daily
TriZetto - 10am and 7pm daily
